An Extra-Wide retractable dog safety gate for extra-wide openings in the home. You can fit an an extra-wide Dog-G8 to:

Measure any wide opening and order the compatible size to span your space.
Brackets are mounted to either side of the opening and the gate slots into the brackets. When an extra wide Dog-G8 is not in use, fold it flat and out of the way or you can remove the gate from its brackets.
For every 1 metre of gate, it will fold away depth of 9cm. e.g. a 2 metre wide gate will fold away to 18cm.
This 50cm, 88cm or 120cm tall dog safety gate is compact, strong and durable. An extra-wide Dog-G8 is a secure and dependable barrier for any home.

FAQ's
The gate itself is extremely durable. It is made from steel and secured with screw-locked clips, making it deceptively strong despite its minimal design.
Our chrome variant is the strongest option and offers greater durability than the powder-coated version. We recommend chrome for households with multiple dogs, large breeds, or industrial use.
For maximum strength, it is essential that the mounting brackets are securely fixed to a suitable surface, as the overall performance of the gate depends on a solid installation.
You can make the gate wider than 197.5cm. You can order extra-panels to extend your gate, each panel will add 10.5cm of width. Alternatively, you can contact us for a customised order.
The spacing between the bars of the Dog-G8 is just 5 cm (1.96 inches). In over 6 years of trading and extensive customer use, we have not received any reports of dogs being able to squeeze through the gate.
