Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, the courier will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices vary based on weight and location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

There are no customs charges for orders to the United States and the United Kingdom. The Dog-G8 Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) 


    Returns Policy

    You will have 30 days from when you receive your item to action a return, no questions asked. All items returned to The Dog-G8 Company;

    • Must have a proof of purchase with the return. This can be sent via email.
    • Must have the senders details inside the box e.g. name & order number.

    Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Cost of returns

    The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You can return your items by the method of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The Dog-G8 Company is not liable for any items which may get lost or damaged in transit.

    • Please ensure all products are properly sealed to avoid damage. With a clear label on display for the courier.
