Returns Policy

You will have 30 days from when you receive your item to action a return, no questions asked. All items returned to The Dog-G8 Company;

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cost of returns

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You can return your items by the method of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Dog-G8 Company is not liable for any items which may get lost or damaged in transit.

Exchange Policy

You will need to return the unwanted order to back The Dog-G8 Company. Once returned you will receive a refund. In the mean-time please simply re-order the correct width, height or colour you need to exchange it for.
